Paymark Insights provides retail staff with information needed to hit targets
The dashboard features live transaction feeds so that retail staff can instantly see at a glance every card transaction, and use the real-time sales and revenue information to gain better insights into how they can hit their targets from day to day. This enables retail assistants to strategically turn around slow days and get the most out of the best days.

Through a process of ideating with retailers to identify what data we could highlight to create new opportunities for retail success. I worked closely alongside developers and analysts, as well as Paymark SMEs and retailers to explore ways in which we could visualise the data so that trends and insights can be intuitively understood and effectively applied to the retail strategy.

Retail managers can sign in to the web-based dashboard from any device, and instantly view performance across the entire chain or group of stores, as well as compare performance on a store-by-store basis. These metrics can also be compared week-on-week, month-on-month, or even year-on-year to assess seasonality across the whole operation.
